Sometimes saying good-bye is hard to do, but the group over at PJ’s has figured out how to put the words “Get yer ass on the road” with a meaning to it. A special blind draw tournament this Friday (5/16/08) at 8:00 with the food starting around 7:00. Oh did I mention that there's $500.00 added?

Marcia has done a great job so far this summer on keeping the Vend Alaska website up to date with our Summer Doubles stats and schedule. This is the place I would look for up to date information as it's often coming straight from the source.
Also to be found on the darts page is a little form looking for players interested in what a few folks have been asking for. A league that's straight up ( no handicap) & master out. You should take a look at what she has to say, or at least send her a message to let her know what you think.
The Summer NDA season isn’t slowing down yet, going into week 7 there’s still a lot of makeup games out there. I know the start of the season was strange (some people just don’t know when to sign up until after the season starts), and some teams just got back from the Las Vegas tournament, but we’ve hit that magic number of 10 games out there in limbo. Here’s who is missing what….
3/27
Renegades at Short Stuff
4/3
Double Trouble at BJs
4/10
Bilikin at Howlers
The Bro's at O Mamma
4/17
Mighty Road Dogs at Dougs Whales
210 East at Alaskan Rednecks
I have to say, looking at the numbers, the teams are fairly close, and the only one that’s really pulled away form the pack is Money Pit but could still easily be caught when all the teams get their games caught up. Now I know I’m a bad, bad person, I was at the matches last night. Sorry, but the chance for a day off from darts sprung it’s head and I took it. Here’s how the matches played out.
Super A
Arctic Wolves @ Gameover
2Cboyz @ Ontarget
BB
Bigtlila @ Gitrdone
CC
Vandals @ Ysonly
Monday (5/12/08)
C
Just4fun @ Thump
Matches must be played before the next posted date. The machine has a League Playoff option that each player plays into. Any questions call Marcia @ Vend Alaska 522-1937. Please make arrangements with your opposing teams if a change has to be made.
The Board for Medalist at PJ’s met. I’m not certain that it was the board, but the decision deadline was in front of them. Present were Andrea, Kevin, Duane (I’m sure they are Board members), Marcia from Vend Alaska (operator), and Joseph, Margaret & Dupes (members). Diving into the discussion, we tackled the matter at hand. There’s not enough money to buy every one a trip to Las Vegas. After going over how much money is available, the costs of airfare and the amount of players, here’s what was decided.
