Well the playoffs took place this last Sunday over good food and drink. Here's a run down on how the matches went.

Every one watched as this match was played. It was the Howlers vs Quiksilver. Quicksilver missing an usual teammate did their best with a scrappy sub that did come through when she needed to. In the end the Howlers did grab the match 8 to 2.

After the above match was done, every one got to start. The Howlers got to jump in against the top seed Megatons. I saw the matches playing and thought things were closer, but in the end it was the Howlers again 8 to 2.

So it's here, Medalist at the Peanut Farm playoffs. I'm not sure where Medalist pulled there numbers from, actually it's funky all across the board. So what I've done is added every ones games played and their wins. Every one matched at 135 games, so we don't have to worry about win percentage. Here's how everyone faired.

1st - Megatons
2nd - Go Dirty
3rd - Whatever
4th - Howlers
5th - Quiksilver

There's still a few games left out there to play. Of course we have week 10. We've all also agreed to move our playoffs up to 4/27 to get things over and down with. The only catch we have is we have to wait for the payout as Medalist doesn't send the money up until the 5/18. Here's a list of the games still outstanding.

Week 1
Megatons vs Hot Shots

Weeks 7
Howlers vs Hot Shots

Week 8
Go Dirty vs Hot Shots
Howlers vs What Ever

Well we’ve officially shot week 6 that leaves 4 more weeks until the end of the season. There’s a few make up matches that need to be attended too. First there’s week 1 of the season.

It was the start of Furrondy this weekend and Peanut Farm was hosting an event. Man parking was hard to come by, but sooner or later every one found a spot. Joe Rose had to be awaken, not sure if he was hung over, or just feeling ill but after a call he did make it. Josh Lenhart was another one that let the weekend slip his mind, leaving the whole opposing team waiting.

Guys I can’t stress this enough, if for some reason you need to reschedule, please do so, contact me, and contact the opposing team. It’s common courtesy.

Though it's a little tight around the playing area, the group playing out of the peanut farm is having a blast. Last Sunday there was even a little more room as one match was rescheduled. The boards got scooted a bit and are set to the right distance, so there's a little more room and the need for the long bomb is ones own option.

Whatever continues their winning streak. As I peeked over from time to time I saw the score go from even too the Howlers allowing Whatever to steal a few here and there. Well they held on.

I've posted the schedules and team rosters for the teams playing.

First off I want to say thanks for everyone jumping in and keeping this league up and running. For those of you that don't know, this was originally league hosted by Alaska Mountain Bingo that closed. Rather than have Medalist keep all the players money, we opted to move the league and keep it going. The Peanut Farm was nice enough to agree to host us and continue our play. I personally think it's a nice change to the dark bar scene we've grown used to.
